She truly meets me where I am at for each session and has done so from the very beginning. I look back at where I started and where I am now and am amazed at the change. How she managed to get me from my weak starting point to this level of improvement l don’t know. It just happened gradually and continually over time. I am a Type 1 diabetic and was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer shortly before meeting with Katie. My goal was to maintain a good A1C score, increase strength, and maintain good weight. I had never worked with a personal trainer in the past, instead following a program for years that I had found on the internet. Katie outlined the benefits of one on one and group work with a personal trainer. She asked the right questions and used her experience to design the exercises and routines that benefitted me the most. She truly wants to know what your goals are and works to get you there. I’m a person that likes to be challenged and she is excellent at doing so and getting the most out of you. My experience with Katie was a positive re-set. Being “coached” by an expert was eye opening. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.
