Free Consultation
- During your free consultation, we will explore where you’ve been, where you are now, and what your goals are related to your health and fitness.
- We will review your health and injury history and current status so I have a clear understanding of any limitations or concerns you may have.
- We will discuss your day-to-day nutritional habits.
- We will assess your movement, strength and body composition. This establishes our starting point and allows me to see how your body moves
- We will create a realistic timeline that aligns with your goals.
Then...
Program Design
- Based on your needs, availability and feasibility, we’ll set up a training schedule and contract.
- I will walk you through the format of a training session so you know what to expect.
- We will jointly establish nutritional goals.
- We will discuss the value of “active recovery” and what that looks like.
Followed By...
Implementation
- We’ll begin with foundational movements and exercises that will teach you how to “read” your body and establish sound movement patterns and muscle activation
- Each session will build on the one prior so you can apply what you’ve learned while continuing to be challenged.
- We’ll discuss opportunities for carryover of mobility and strength exercises so you can incorporate this into your daily routine.
- Your training program will shift in focus every 4-6 weeks from stabilization to strength building to increased power to endurance.
