1-On-1 Personal Training
1-on-1 coaching is a bold step forward in self-care. I will tailor your program to meet your specific needs and address your goals.

Buddy Training
If you prefer to exercise with a friend, family member or colleague, Buddy Training is for you! Joining forces with others can help with encouragement and accountability – not to mention you save 25% off the cost of 1:1 training!
Group Classes/Boot Camps
Are you confident in your knowledge of form and how to use exercise equipment? Consider group classes which can have up to 15 participants. All classes are 60 minutes.
At Renegade Personal Fitness and Training in Eagan. I coach a variety of classes including Renegade-Strength, Renegade-Interval, Renegade -50/50 and Renegade-T.L.C. classes. The focus of each class varies from strength, metabolic and mobility/recovery, depending on the day of the week. I coach at 6:00 a.m., providing instruction and modifications when needed, as well as T.L.C. class on Sundays at 3:45 p.m.
